Individual adult sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £70 per session

Couples counselling sessions are 60 minutes long and cost £85 per session.

Because choosing the right therapist may feel as a daunting task, I offer a free 30 minute online (via Zoom) or telephone consultation. We can then meet each other and discuss what expectations you might have from counselling.
